Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is transmitted to the independent provider that operates the tool. Davie County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may process the query under its separate privacy policy.
Messages Sent to the Site
If a visitor sends an email or submits a contact message, we retain the message and its supplied contact details long enough to respond and manage the correspondence. We do not disclose that message outside our organization unless the law requires it.
